If I could give this app -10 stars I would. The app has always been terrible with its iPhone 5 layout and old keyboard on top of it being incredibly slow and basic… but now you can’t even add a new card to your account because when you click card nickname, the entire app crashes. But guess what, it GETS F’N WORSE SOMEHOW. I deleted the app and reset my phone and now after reinstalling the app, the app doesn’t even load when you click it, it just stares at you for 10 seconds and crashes so now the entire app is unusable. I’m changing electric providers because of yall being a modern day electric company but haven’t updated your app in over 4 years, I hope y’all lose all of your customers so it will wake yall up and y’all will actually update the app and I’m not even asking for more features, I’m just for the basic BUG FIXES y’all seem to not care about

Too many inconsistencies with usage one day it says u used average cost per day is $22 other next day it jumps to $30 a day average this is impossible I added an additional $30 to my account it showed my actual balance was $84 and when I added the $30 then it immediately dropped to $54 is this company stealing money A federal audit would be required to many inconsistencies with actual cost kilowatts per hour and what they’re charging per day i’ve only been with this company three weeks and I see some scamming going on and I don’t like it. furthermore their app is not real time I have noticed that you really don’t know what your balance is until your lights are off feeling very frustrated with this light company

If being frustrated is your thing, this is the app for you. Luckily i get both email and text messages from them. The app is completely useless! It doesn’t let you sign in, it says “account number invalid” when you can go online and login just fine. It doesn’t load when it does let you sign in and it overall just doesn’t function. If I could give 0 stars i would but I can’t so owell. VERY DISPLEASED!!!

I love it! I love the app and energy power saving free nights for me I badly be home n use lights mostly use them at night around 9pm to 5am n those are the free lights good part is that you get free lights every night I love this app n power so much thanks guys I will be calling to check up on my status again
