- The home screen now features articles and a searchable database from the Legion Athletics blog so you can find articles on building muscle, losing fat, and much more
- Stacked now automatically shows the weight and reps from the last time you performed each exercise, regardless of which workout it was in

Great Update

After having the app before it’s update, and seeing the new version, I was pleasantly surprised. After looking at the app for a few minutes, I think the update seems to be a major improvement; not only offering tracking methods, but keeping a “goals” list, better performance analysis, and even a relevant news feed greatly improves the app. Of course, the new complexity will require users to get a little bit more comfortable with the app. However, once you get to know the controls, the app is perfect, and allows the user to greatly improve their lifting abilities.

Great workout app one small complaint

Great app, but needs a custom sound or a selection of custom sounds when rest timer is over. Currently uses the default sound of the phone and is sometimes missed when I’ve got a group text happening in the background.

Pretty Good.. So Far

Overall I think this is a very good app that I think more people need to find and use. I love how there is a calculator for your one rep max which makes things easy for people who are strength training. I also like the goals tabs so you can actually keep track. I have yet to hit the gym and start a workout to see how it works but after reading other reviews it seems legit.
My only complaints are that I wish it was less confusing to edit your routines.
And, I wish you could link it to your apple health or MyFitnessPal to make tracking burned calories easier.
