The level of detail and apparent accuracy are truly remarkable for any app, and especially for a free app with no ads. There are so many ways to access every area of the body: by system, area, function, groups, and many others. The views can be rotated to literally any angle and zoomed in or out, all with smooth, fluid motion. Body parts can be articulated as they actually operate and viewed from any angle, including from inside the body. For example, the viewer can be inside the skull and observe how the jaw works from an angle not possible in real life. Or the scapula from inside the chest.Layers can be added or peeled away with the touch of a button: bones, then ligaments and tendons, then fascia, nerves, vasculature, whatever there is. Touch another area and detailed descriptions from MedlinePlus appear in drop down boxes. The illustrations are very detailed and realistic. Color can be added to clearly differentiate among elements: fascia, nerves, and tendons, for example.I am amazed by and very pleased with this app. I’d think it would be a great tool for massage therapists, physical and occupational therapists, orthopedic folks, surgeons of all sorts, neurologists, and the like to clearly indicate to patients what’s what. Regular folks could benefit by having it too, I think. Great way to learn and to teach your kids. And no, I don’t work for the company and am not being paid for the review. I’m just so impressed I thought I’d share my enthusiasm for the app.Wow!
