Hi, so the first few times I used itit worked great, but then, what would happen is, I would turn the printer on, insert my phone, then try to print, the printer would blink on red LED. For about five seconds, and then turn off, and my phone would read , ‘ please dock phone to printer’ it was!! I tried everything, turning it on and off, checking the instructions, connecting it to the printers WiFi, checking for paper jams, etc. nothing worked!! I’m still puzzled, I don’t know what to do. Anyway, before that the app and printer worked great! Prints as clear as the picture. But I have been having trouble with it. Thanks for listening! Please fix😥-Frustrated

This is literally the worst piece of equipment I’ve ever owned. Period.So sad for my husband who thought he got me this great gift but it has been nothing but unreliable. It’s so easy to get it off track. The ink runs out before you can finish your sheets. You have to buy more ink. BUT YOU have to buy both ink and paper at the same time. It takes special paper so it’s not an easy fix. You’re left with a ton of paper and no ink. It’s like a scandal. The quality is so poor, lines throughout picture . It over heats often. Just a headache You buy it for convenience but you’ll get better quality from Walmart and spend less.Literally a terrible purchase and I’m so sad because I like to slowly print pictures of my kids to have but at this point not worth it at all. I was using this tonight I print my sons first birthday “timeline” and after the sixth picture it asked for a new cartridge. I only printed 6 of the forty it said it could handle and then told me to get a new cartridge. I want this returned. I’m angry. I never care if I buy a bad product normally. I usually brush it off, but this is the worst I’ve ever experienced.Zero stars from me. A complete disaster

I have this product for about two years now, and it’s great, but the app is laggy...Sometimes it’s ok but sometimes it just won’t work or not even open past the picture choosing part...For the last two days it would show me that loading wheel and that’s it! No picture, no way to print it out without the app, nothing works!Tried to reinstall it but it still won’t work...

If this app works, it’s great. The problem I am having is I have to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the app until it decides to work which could take doing this several times which is a huge waste of time. The picture quality is great, but it’s very aggravating when the app is not working. It says no printer found so I have to uninstall the app then reinstall the app until it recognizes the printer the phone is attached to just to print my photos. Frustrating as can be and I would not recommend this printer.
