Does not support FaceID. Fingerprint setup on a phone with FaceID just kills the app. Basic sign on is fidgety. Bring in a saved user id and password from phone password store doesn’t paste in until you also touch in the two fields after selecting an account - and you have to touch both user and password field even though they both appear to fill in completely. Haven’t explored the app fully but given these two basic integrations of any well written iOS app are already problematic, not holding out much hope here.
Actively unhelpful when you need it most

My favorite thing about this post is EXACTLY when you need to see your paycheck - it just… doesn’t know what the error is… but you can’t use the app. It seems that EXACTLY when it knows 90% of its user base needs to see how much they made from the last week, you just………. Can’t access the app. But please check back in 4 days after your money has deposited, and we’ll be sure to send you a useless app notification about how much sick leave hours you know you’ve already used. That’s awesome. Love how actively unhelpful this app is EXACTLY when you need it the most.

I’ve never written a review on an app before. Im only writing this in hopes that companies see this and choose another financial service app for their business. I’d suggest ADP or practically anything else over this. There are bugs all over the place, the user interface is confusing and most of the functions do not work. I’ve been using this for over a year because my employer uses it and nothing has been changed.

I forgot my password and tried to reset it and I wasn’t able to. The system just kept kicking me out. I was actually trying to use it to show a car dealership my paycheck stubs through the app. Being that I wasn’t able to get in couldn’t show them the check stubs I wasn’t able to get the car. Very disappointed in this app!
