Doesn’t work with iPhone X — frustrating!

Despite the fact it says it’s compatible with iPhones, it doesn’t work on my new XR, and based on reviews here, which I wish I’d seen before asking for this for Christmas, this has been a known issue for almost a year. Why wouldn’t you make that clear in your product description?? Very frustrating. Will never buy another product from this company again.

This app worked PERFECTLY on my iPhone 7, now that I’ve upgrade to an XS I can no longer use it. Allows me to type in my login info and then closes out every single time!! Hopefully the issue gets solved soon or I’m going to have to buy new cameras 😩 if you have an older model or a different brand, this app layout is great and I would recommend

September 3, 2020 bought the camera (model VF0820) from BJ’s Wholesale club. Downloaded app, when trying to launch it does not open from my phone. The packaging says IOS 7.0+. It is a shame, looks like a decent camera.
