I have used ring central, Kixie , Aircall and now just call. This one has the best clarity of keeping the call just as good as your cell phone. The texting has templates , text later options , and not texting. You can hook to voip desk phone. But then it has to stay on there and not go cell phone or computer app from what I have tested. I would give it 5 stars if you could text the caller off the incoming call screen a message just like you can on an iPhone to let them know you will call them back or get right back to them. This would be a wonderful feature that would put it in another category for me. Also the syncing with hubspot is spot on. The transcriptions and recordings of the calls in your hubspot contact are wonderful. The support online is also great. I would say you can set up a meeting online to fix anything almost 24/7. Which is great.
Great for Activecampaign Users

We were looking for a replacement to RingCentral that had a native integration for activecampaign. All the basic functionality you need away from the computer to quickly respond to contacts is here and the prompt for notes after every call is awesome because those notes sync to your integrated crm. The support is the best I have ever gotten from a phone company, by far. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to see what new features will release to help us use the phones more to grow our businesses. Great system!
Super buggy, slow/ bad tech support

When clients send a large amount of text it gets truncated but you don’t know that you’re missing information they sent. They blame this on the carrier but I don’t see that happening on any other text platform I use.Sometimes texts don’t send. Seems like the product is always in a beta test. Sometimes I can’t call out, pick up a call or input a number. Cannot wait until my workplace switches to a different product. Tech support usually takes more than 24 hrs and most times doesn’t resolve the problem. Also, you can’t group text on the platform. Clients have tried to connect me with another person through a group chat and it simply doesn’t include the 3rd person. You don’t want to use this product!
UI is bad, call settings are worse

We have been wrangled into using this app for our franchise and it causes us pain all day and every day. The SMS UI is awful, crowded with features. We never use — simple search and isn’t intuitive. SMS on iphone app is missing basic SMS search ftn for new contacts. This may be a Hubspot integration issue and it’s still a problem for us.Months later, still trying to get my phone to working reliably for different workers with each of their setups…
