Good on desktop, terrible app

We use Helpwise for our business and it's great. But the iPhone app is almost useless. Pages fail to load, error messages abound, and functionality is missing.

A long ways to go..

For those looking for an alternative to Helpscout that need a strong mobile app to provide support - this is not it. This app has a lot of little errors that make it unusable.

Overall, I believe Helpwise has a lot of potential, but everything feels unfinished. I'll be happy to update/change this review if things improve in the future.
