NUACOM is a cloud-based phone system for businesses to handle calls with a unique experience, from a desktop app, mobile, or IP phone.
The NUACOM mobile app allows you to make and receive calls from your own extension. It also brings some of our modern calling features, such as:
- Small Call Transfer: the ability to transfer calls, using attended or blind function. You can transfer calls to colleagues or departments, or even to internal or external phone numbers.
- Team’s status: check your team’s status and connect to them with a single click.
- Call Recording: keep all your inbound and outbound calls recorded. Focus on your customer’s needs, not on writing them down.
- Your Office phone number: make calls from your mobile, using your office phone number.
- Multiple Local / International numbers: choose your caller ID among local and international numbers within your business account.
- Shared or Private phonebook: view, edit or create contacts from your organization's shared phonebook or from your private list.

The app is very easy to use. Just have a couple issues:1. You can’t dial a toll free number2. You can’t access voicemail3. Caller ID works in the first few seconds but then the name disappears from the screen. Unfortunately this does the same thing on our hard phones (?)If these issues were resolved I’d give the 5 stars

Fixed an issue where calls through the iOS Nuacom app were not appearing in the native iOS call log.
