You can also log every exercise you complete, allowing you to view your entire workout history on a full timeline. Our app integrates with HealthKit to record your workout data in the Health app. HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS As a VG Fit app user, you can choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs, considering the workouts and the costs. Our Premium 1-week, 1-month, and 1-year subscription plans offer unlimited access to every level of every imaginable workout routine. For your convenience, VG Fit subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period prior to the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings. However, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. This is one of the first apps which tell you what to do and exactly how To do it, it’ll ask if you want premium but won’t repeatedly tell you that your are on the so called free version, The workouts help me out a lot being a student who doesn’t have time as he had to go to school its is very efficient and effective

I just want to say I am really thankful that this app exists because the results I got from doing their workouts were out the roof. I didn’t think that getting to where I am was possible. If you are one that is beginning to workout this app is your loyal partner for your journey.

Bugs won’t get fixed

I bought a lifetime subscription to this app really liking it. However, there are too many bugs to put up with this app. I have contacted the support team with no response. When you create a custom workout, the exercises aren’t in the correct order that you select them. When trying to change the order it still doesn’t work. So frustrating. Please fix.
