I love it!

This app is so worth it (even though it’s free) and you get huge muscles from it. I’ve done the 90 days and I am PUMPED UP! I also use the six pack in 30 days app, and I’m on day 21. I’m already feeling it coming through! In other words, good app.

Horrible

I gave it a 1 star review because it is SOOO expensive. You have to pay $40 for strong legs six pack and strong arms. I am a professional basketball player and me and my teammates need a great workout, and this one seemed promising. I think that it could be a little cheaper like $20 because all your really doing is looking at workouts. Honestly I think that you tube workouts are better at this point because they don’t cost a penny. I think that this app should be much cheaper to just look at workouts. That is why I have given this app (and all the other 30 day ones) a 1 star review.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Use it

This app is amazing I did 1 workout and it took me like 17 mins at most! I mean if you can’t have 17 mins free around your house you need to really free up some time. Also it the first 30 days of workouts are completely free! I love this app!
