So amazing😁😁❤️❤️

This app is amazing, I love it so much. Today is my first day and I just finished my exercise and my legs are already feeling like they are stronger. They were right about stronger legs in 30 days. When Im finished with my 30 days I could dunk on a 10 foot basketball rim.
I know this is a short review but there’s nothing else for me to say. Just that this app is amazing and I love it.🤩😀

Great exercises but a few glitches

This is a great leg program that really builds you up from the beginning to an advanced leg workout. My biggest issue(which doesn’t happen with the takology ab workout) is that it doesn’t tell you when to stop the exercise and you have to look at the screen to be able to know when to rest. Not sure if anybody else has had this issue but for $40 it should work perfect. The other glitch I’ve experienced is that it will freeze when I get a text or notification during the workout.

OMG so good

They are short but effective workouts I got all of there apps and i did it every day for 1 year and my friends can not recognize me I look like a movie star because how good I look and it is only $40 for ever and you get 4 books so cheap
