Webull is harder to understand than Robinhood but it’s okay. You just need to get used to it. I like that they give free stocks. The first 2 stocks I got for opening my account wasn’t that great and my son in law had the exact 2 same stocks I had when he opened his account. I didn’t get 2 free stocks for referring him. It was within the date and he opened and deposited that same day. Another thing I don’t like about Webull is everything takes so long to go through. With Robinhood your transfer goes through instantly with no problem. It only takes a couple days for my bank to transfer money to Webull, I know that because I can see in my bank account that it went through. Webull holds it for about a week before you can use it to purchase things like bitcoins. And by the time you are able to use it the price is way more than what it was. That’s the reason for 3 stars. I will change my review and ratings if things get better. I just wish deposits would go through fast like Robinhood. I’m not sure why they hold your deposits so long before you are allowed to use it. I wanted to deposit more but the way things are I’m afraid to. I have way way more in Robinhood.Update - finally got my 2 free stocks for referral after 3 months. Not sure what went wrong but had to go through customer service. Customer service was really nice and helpful but it’s hard to get a reply. I had to keep trying. It’s a good app but everything takes so long to go through. I hope one day things will go through fast like Robinhood. Then maybe I’ll change it to 5 stars.
The Early Bird Gets The Worm

As the title indicates, I really like WeBull because it allows access to the market the earliest of any trading applications out there (4:30AM EDT). I always wondered, how come certain equity price shot up when I was so early (typically 2 hours before market opens) - the answer was - Birds from the WeBull forest! I like the interface, very easy to understand and highly appreciate the Live Quote area, opportunities to interact with other investors (you have to use a ‘Common Sense’ filter because you are interacting with keyboard WB wannabes 😅). I would love to see more consistency to the Desktop version, or I haven’t figured out how to find stuff there. But like to see both the same. I also love the IPO and SPAC section, that inform you of up coming companies. They also have built-in Stock Screener, that is very helpful. I love to see more enhancements in the interface that allow ability to categorize investment options by sectors and investment opportunities based on that (similar to M1 Finance interface), I would love to see also option for me to create folder or categories based on sectors (e.g all Financial companies under Financial folder or category). I appreciate the section that allow me to see “My Position “ on a given equity. All and all, love weBull. I am very optimistic about its success.
Options trailing stop needed and option price alerts
Brude85
I enjoy trading on Webull but mobile app and desktop version need a trailing stop for options other brokers have it would also be great to have option price alerts instead of only on stocks Option chains are extremely slow to update at open I can’t count the money I have lost at open due to option chain lagging by the time it updates I have lost gains and a few times lost money on a trade can’t sell it if you can’t put a price on the sellAlso mobile and desktop need a settings to permanently adjust fib retracement so the levels you use are automatically there every time you draw a retracement it takes valuable time to manually change them all every time also the lines should be able to be color coded to make it easier and faster to see which level of retracement you are at It would also be nice to have a parent account and sub accounts for challenges such as 100$-1000$ and 1k-10k 10k-25k the sub accounts could accept transferred funds from bank or faster through parent account they could be challenge accounts with separate P&L with all taxes still on parent account collecting gains and losses shown in the assets screen like a stock clickable to see individual assets owned by challenge account I hate that I can’t have 2 cash accounts under the same phone number I want to participate in challenges without having to empty my account and sell everything for accurate challenge P&L
Its free so......

It is great in the sense it has more stocks available than robinhood, the other free app but has its limitations. Even with a margin account funds from a sale are not available to reinvest for a bit where robinhood is instant, Premarket and after hours trading is more difficult than it should be, on your trade screen it only shows the last price per share during market hours not the current price, by the time you look to see the price, switch to the sell/buy screen the price can change where you order wont execute. Not uncommon to have to modify the order several times unless you have multiple screens to watch, easily costing you thousands a year in missed sells/buys. Imagine a stock dropping drastically and losing 20-25% simply because you cant get the sell price right, stop loss orders struggle to execute with drastic price drops. App is good for investing but a disaster for trading. It could be 5 stars if it were mobile phone friendly, if they would simplify the screen, make it easier to find stocks we’re not familiar with etc. The chart for daily/week/month/year etc is 100% useless unless you’re on an actual computer. ....BUT it’s free so you can only hope for so much right? I got into trading and investing 4 years ago with little money, haven’t added much of anything but have managed to take Stash from $100 to $892, Robinhood from $100 to $6731, $100 with think or swim to $890 (even with $6.95 trades) and Webull is sitting here with $2.67 . You figure it out 🤷♂️
