It provides the claim information users need, when they need it. It is easy to use, reliable, and secure. Some of the features/functions available to users are: SMART bar - Access personalized messages, notifications, reminders, FAQs, and more Payments - View benefit payments history, receive instant notifications when payments are issued and enroll in Direct Deposit. Doctor Appointments - Track and manage your doctor appointments and receive friendly reminders on the SMARTbar. Medical Cards - Access digital versions of the Medical Card and the Pharmacy card (Rx Card) with ‘one click’. I mean it’s the only app they got

So, the app doesn’t remember you ever. I have to go thru too much to just log in. On top of that, the direct deposit takes two days after it says it’s there so dont do it. The mail checks came in faster and sometimes early. The direct deposit says it went in on Thursday today is Saturday and all my bills are late. Thank you(sarcasm).

This app would be great if the employees at GB actually did their job.No information is ever put into this thing by anyone. It’s not very intuitive when it comes to user input. No one ever answers their phone or email(s). This company [GB] and this app are absolute trash.

This app would be good if it showed a clients claim status along with everything it already offers.**UPDATE**When I made my original review and mentioned it should have claim status, I was leaning more towards the app showing statuses like weekly benefit amounts (not just what’s been processed), is the claim under investigation or not, and actual details about your claim. This app does not offer those options. Yes you can see what payments have been processed but it doesn’t show a weekly benefit amount until you process the checks. It doesn’t tell you the physical status your claim is in at the current moment other than opened or closed. Update with more detailed descriptions on claims.

I’ve been trying to log in for 2 days now to see if my mileage reimbursement was being paid. Blue screen of death, login screen works 1 in 100 times and then if that works maybe just maybe after who knows how long I can finally access the main screen. Why can’t you just fix your app! Everyone knows you have plenty of money to make a user friendly hassle free app! I shouldn’t have to fight to see my information let alone get paid because I got hurt on the job! 😡

This update enhances the MyGBClaim app with improved design, navigation, and performance. Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) has been added to strengthen security and is now required at login, allowing account verification via email or an authenticator app.
