We love Sharky’s. When navigating the new app, we went to the section of extras. There isn’t a place we can see to request fire-roasted salsa. The only way to even get a chance at salsa is to order chips and then you can only choose one salsa, not the variety available in-store. One of the main reasons we go to sharky’s is their awesome selections at the salsa bar. The app is limited to orders without salsa requests and no availability to make a request or pay for extra salsa only. Napkins are hit and miss and no section to include a napkin with the to-go online order.
Inconsistent inconvenient and not viable altogether

Not only do they always pick the most out of the way locations to open storefronts the only thing consistent about this place is how often they close down i actually used to go there alot as a kid for the nacho grande however its like they HATE all their loyal customers bc all they ever do is make things inconvenient for them i dont even get how they’re still in business instead of closing the marina del rey or at least 1 of 10+ locations in LA they would rather close the only 2 locations they had in Orange County im sorry but theres WAAAY better food options in LA than Sharkys so my rating is in comparison to the food available in each one of these locations found in those areas like there is literally a better option at every last location they have except in Orange County but i digress the food was good while it lasted theres just no way i would trust their LA locations
No place to leave note or customize

I order monthly for a group and it’s really inconvenient that there is no where to make any note or customize. I’d like to be able to say we’d like fajita veggies well done or no cheese on beans. So simple but not there so I always have to call the e store directly and my store never seems to answer the phone.

Feels like all the options available in store are not available in app. Could not figure out how to add an ingredient to the order. App works well and is intuitive but very rigid in not allowing options.Scan of card didn’t work. When I canceled that the app took me to the Home screen. Is there a link to the cart so I can get back to the irder, no.Bottom line is the person or people that designed this app used a cookie cutter design to save time in lieu of knowing the restaurant and how great the food is. Great restaurant with a poor app
