Soooo helpful! I was becoming so frustrated not understanding why my tummy started messing with me the last yrs. To find something that is specific to me has been so helpful! I use to eat garlic, paprika, tomatoes, cucumbers EVERYDAY! To find out that those things created an inflammatory response in me was mind blowing. I feel loads better since applying their recommendations. I recently started their supplements for piece of mind knowing I’m getting what I need and from a quality supplement company. I’m really excited to retest to see how much stronger I’ve gotten. Some reviews say the test gives you common sense info- lies. 2 co workers and myself did this and our results were very different. I’m annoyed I can’t get this test in NY (I just moved back). Trying to figure out a solution as to where I can still have access to Viome
Month supplements and pre/probiotics delayed every single time

While the data and recommendations provided in the gut health report has been very useful, I am extremely frustrated with the turn around times for the services and products I subscribed to, the gut health report took about a month or more to be delivered and the monthly subscription of precision supplements + pre/probiotics have been absolutely horrible, the monthly supply runs out in 30 days, however the order is always delayed, meaning while I finish one month’s supply I have to wait 2 more weeks to receive the next month’s supply, forcing me to always have lapses in the intake and treatment with the recommended products by Viome, what is the point of a monthly subscription if the shipment and delivery is always severely delayed? Why do I get charged at the beginning of every month and then only see my shipping notification 3-4 weeks after? Every time I contact support with this issue the answer is ‘no worries your order is in production and you’ll receive a shipping notification when it ships’ what type of support is this? Why can I not get someone to actually realize how bad the issue is and do something to fix it? Paying $150 month for their supplements and probiotics is not a small sum to invest, the least I’d expect is that they deliver on time. PLEASE FIX ASAP or I will be cancelling my subscription shortly. Plenty of competitor solutions that promise the same..

If you are not receiving your supplement orders in the necessary timeline one option is to move the next order date up. Because of the personalized nature of our precision supplements the charge is submitted before the supplements are received. Orders are customized for you and once an order is created and charged it is forwarded to our manufacturer to begin production. Production generally takes 14-18 days and once finished, the product is shipped out within 2-3 days. Great supplements, sub-par app

First of all, my own experience with Viome supplements has been great. I’ve noticed improvements in my overall health and wellness that’s lead to better sleep, fewer sick days and generally more energy. Despite these improvements, it's disheartening to report that Voime's core offering is marred by technical issues that severely compromise its usability. Over the last couple of years, the app's performance has been plagued with problems that make routine tasks frustratingly cumbersome. A significant update to the client-side database, intended to enhance the food recommendation feature, instead introduced intolerable lag. Searching for anything within the app became a test of patience, with 10 seconds (or more) of waiting time rendering the app nearly unusable in real-time scenarios, like grocery shopping or dining out. Authentication instability adds another layer of inconvenience, with frequent, random sign-outs and error-laden sign-in attempts. Such issues necessitate hard closes and multiple attempts to access one's own data, a basic expectation from any app, let alone one that houses personal health information. The app's tendency to freeze or behave unexpectedly during crucial interactions forces users into unnecessary troubleshooting, detracting further from the user experience. For example, the questionnaire would not load in app after registering a test kit despite restarting / logging in & out / etc. These persistent technical shortcomings have led to a gradual, yet significant, reduction in my engagement with the app. What was once a daily companion in my health journey has become a source of frustration, leaving me to question the viability of continuing my subscription.

There is a lot I don’t like about this. 1) I eat a highly anti-inflammatory diet but this test says I have a very low inflammation response. I also take probiotics daily and it says I have a 40 out of 100 gut health score. I don’t buy it. Also, broccoli and brussels sprouts contribute to “harmful microbial activity”? I’m just going to keep eating a diverse selection of vegetables, fruits, and probiotics and save the $150 a month to correct these suspicious results. 2) Also, a large number of my “avoid” foods are there because they may boost my blood sugar. I have to wonder if these are included because I told Viome that I have type 1 diabetes. I manage my blood sugars with insulin just fine and don’t need Viome’s help with this. I regret including that information in the sign-up section. If I did this again I would I tell them I’m perfectly healthy and see what the results were. There is at least one very specific herb they recommended that I also think is there because of info I put in the questionnaire and not because of a test result. I really wonder how much of their recommendations are just a response to my answers on the questionnaire. My advice: don’t admit to ailments in the sign-up.

Viome customer service can explain why some foods are harmful to your microbiome and why others are not. This includes why cruciferous vegetables can be good or not. Each customer's gut microbiome is dynamic, unique, and changes over time based on diet.
