Not enough information... regarding where to get food ... times ... the main Buffett closed at 2:00 Pm !!!??? In the middle Lunch period leaving thousands with a miserable hot dog ( when I was in line) run out buns and the MSc staff were serving hot dogs with burgers buns ... the person who designed or who ever is en charged should have put bares and soft drinks stations next to the food !!! Bahamas you can never go wrong it's beautiful... trough out the ship I don't see the excellency on food and service ... you need to invest in supervisor willing to supervise and train the staff ...Ho boy you definitely need that, I know this an extremely large operation but if you were willing to built big invest big in training !!! COVID it's OVER no Excuses!!! You asked and this my sincere review ... I could go over and over more about other things like the bar service that you waiting average 15 to 20 minutes for a drink i time it !!The area that you definitely need to train and change in my opinion the sistem of service!! Ciao for now

Appreciate MSC for me is the new modern high-tech way to go. But we really truly miss the paper program that gives you so much more information in an easy to read format. Two weeks on the grand Crossing and we missed many activities and Shows because we did not have a paper program. Including time changes and other important information. Please give us the option for paper program

This is the app for you. Beyond frustrating! If you can finally find your way down the rabbit hole to check in - and if you can enter your info - which takes numerous attempts because every time you go to read the privacy info or COVID info and you try to get back to entering info - it is gone and there was no way to save it. If you actually do get to the end of entering and you upload a photo - it usually says it is too large. You go crop your photo and get to that same point - finally it takes your photo and you have entered everything it asked for and it says NEXT OR BACK. I choose next, hoping after all this time and effort, my info will be saved - hit NEXT - does nothing. It has either stalled or crashed or there is no NEXT.🤬After numerous attempts to get out of that -on my cell phone - I make the mistake of thinking it will work better on my iPad. I go to the app - same exact problems only now I can see excursions choices which I am not interested in doing now or maybe ever. I have to put in my booking info all over again and nowhere does it say WEB CHECKIN. I Go to the Voyagerˆs information and there if you search all over there is a « manage booking” tab - you have to enter your booking info again - entering Voyager number does not achieve anything. I go to “ profile”. Can’t change or enter anything there. Winding into a circuitous loop I end up again for probably the 10th time - at a login - requiring booking number again. OMG! So thankful I am not leaving soon! Everything I painstakingly entered as far as my passport info, address, place of birth - even the photo I downloaded - all gone! Hours wasted on this today!Numerous cruises with Princess. This is my first time trying to do an MSC cruise. It is very frustrating trying to call them also. Never got through. Tried all different times and days - always on hold over an hour then I give up.I see lots of others complaining so something needs to get done on that app. I can’t even imagine how it was before, if it is this bad now. I sincerely hate complaining but there is no other way to get some attention for this problem.

It is very difficult and time consuming to see a room number on the plan view because it doesn’t scroll on my iPhone. It inches up taking a ridiculous amount of time to get through the floor plan. It has a few other glitches that seemed to work itself out after a couple of days. For instance it kept telling me to link my reservation and room number in order to bring up my reservation. Also, I went through the check-in process and the next day it was gone. I had to do it all over again. If you book online it appears to take at least 24 hours to populate the MSC for Me app. These are minor and will probably be worked out soon I hope.
