Works will unless you need to speak to a representative. It was easy to set up auto pay but, when I had a question and the answer was not available to me, I was not able to get the option of speaking to a representative. I wish they would add that option onto each option selection when you must choose a option number.

App works great for managing my account; love being able to check payment status and other account details on mobile. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about, maybe developer has now resolved issues, that the other reviewer was seeing; the app is regularly updated and it does just what I need.
