I am happy that Blizzard has finally decided to implement this app. I have been reading in forums for years about the need and want for an app like this so again, I am happy it is here. The one feature or option, that I feel is a must for me, is the ability to have a notification when a friend comes online. Having the ability to see a friend come online (in game) would help me to meet up with friends more often. The app shows when they are online but I’d love to be notified. It would be especially helpful if you can select that notification option per friend since there are some I play with more often than others.

Worst designed app to exist and is required to access certain features in game, does not work and can easily lock you out of your own account. Logged into my wrong account now It auto logs into that one even after signing out and putting the information for my right account, authentication is disabled on the account yet it wants me to use the authenticator to log in(but it’s not active/usable) than finally after an hour of working with this buggy app I get to log into my right account and it just says something went wrong. Basically downloaded this app to get locked out of one of my own accounts and not even be able to use the authenticator cause they don’t know how to design an app. Like for godsake just put your games on the steam store and use theirs atp cause obviously you guys don’t put money into your own launchers/apps yet you still somehow expect people to use your broken software.

I've been wanting a mobile app for chatting for a long while, especially because I can't spend a lot of time playing games anymore, but I still want to keep up with friends or chat a little outside of discord. This app is wonderful. I have a friend I only communicate with on bnet, and we always miss each other by a few hours. We were happy to be able to send messages to each other offline, but this is even better! His mom is going through cancer treatment and I don't have to worry about missing an update from him anymore! Thank you, Blizzard!
Barely useable due to lag

Giving two stars because I'm glad it exists, but it's very buggy and slow. This app has been barely useable during past month on my iPhone 8. The lag is really bad- says 'reconnecting' very often, and trying to receive and send messages takes ridiculously long.. Like 4 min to finally open msg, and another 4 to compose as every character is delayed. Then sending takes long time, and more often than not ends up not even going through. I've never had any other messaging app be so laggy, and it's like this pretty much every evening when I most need it. I'd also like to be able to send pictures or at least add profile pic from my own camera roll, but the most important thing is: please fix this terrible lag issue!! Thank you
