We’ve been using this booking system for several years now and we all absolutely love it and the staff support is incredible ! When you have an issue the staff are always patient and incredibly helpful even if your technically challenged like myself ! The app is intuitive and has so many incredible features ! One I love is when a client forgets their wallet I can have them do self check out once they get home and they don’t have to drive all the way back to the salon which makes them very happy for that convenience! There are so many awesome features and they are always updating and adding more ! Great job you guys ! It is a great value and worth every penny use Mangomint for your booking system if you want a professional product and support!
This company refuses to meet Americans With Disabilities Act requirements

The company that I personally work with as in your Massage Therapist and I have been using this software for the last 2 1/2 years. The accessibility bugs that have been represented have yet to ever be resolved. I am a completely blind Massage Therapist and I use a screen reader called voiceover, which is on all Apple products. We have spoken with the company, they claim that they would have software development and build a team to fix these requirements. They do not. Now that Apple has updated to iOS 26, this app does not function like it did just three weeks ago. It has became worse. This company is terrible and does not care about anybody out there with their own pockets. Go find a better software. Their customer service has been horrible over the last 2 1/2 years. Not just for me as a Blind Massage Therapist, but also for our company we have had a lot of other issues that I’ve had. Come up and need to be dealt with, but they just considered a suggestion and do not take it seriously. When I first told them about the Americans With Disabilities Act in the requirements for websites and apps. They literally said will consider your suggestion. If that’s not discrimination, I don’t know what you call it. But this is a horrible company and they need to get their act together.

We reviewed a handful of salon software before opening up shop and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. I’m writing this review as we move into the second year of business and Mangomint continues to exceed our expectations, not only does it seamlessly handle our bookings, client info, notifications, but it also handles all of our payments and can route money to individual accounts based on who performed the service (a huge feature for keeping payments all under one system for booth renters). If you’re not using mangomint now, you will in the near future when every other clunky booking system is too outdated, so make the switch!

I love this system so much. It does everything including correctly gathering payroll data, taking appts online and in person with just a few clicks, and so much more. The cost of this service has so far been absolutely worth it! Oh and no one tells you, but when you switch from your old outdated systems, there are live humans with loads of talent who actually answer your calls and help hold your hand through a transition! They were patient and helpful!
