I really like the new changes and updates to this app, but have one concern. As a company fire officer, the self dispatch button now in my opinion is way too close to the view details tab when swiping left to view a call. It seems like it will be too easy to accidentally “self dispatch” yourself when trying to view a call on the screen. Other than that, this app works very well for our department and county.

Great concept with poor execution

This is such a great concept. However, the app is basically useless for emergency responders. The app crashes constantly. When our crews get in the apparatus to go on a call the app has crashed and logged them out. By the time you get logged back in you are at the scene. On the rare occasion that the app doesn’t crash the auto status change features are mostly useless because of the gps jumping around. If auto enroute is turned on it will put the unit enroute before the crew even gets to the apparatus. We have worked with Tyler Technologies over the phone, email and uploading app logs to them for many months and they just can’t make the app any more stable. I would love to get this app to function properly but after more than a year and a half of work to get things to function we are at the point of deleting the app to save our crews from the daily frustration in an already stressful job.

This app has come a long way since its inception. I can see this replacing the traditional computer Fire Mobile in the future. Mapping, chatting/messaging, and other additional features will need to improve. But it’s getting better!

This is by far one of the worst cad interfaces I’ve had the misfortune of working with. The mapping and routing are unusable while also causing issues with units that are decidedly closer being left off the call because it routes through parking lots and backyards. When you attempt to look up information with in the app it comes up as font size 1 and is unreadable with spending minutes zooming in. The last update caused the whole cad to crash and the response was “sorry no idea try to update again”.

The Disposition screen has been enhanced to improve the visibility of the selected disposition, support selecting multiple dispositions at once, and automatically select the disposition when only one option is configured in the MMP. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Crew Mobile, the Create Call Widget now allows the user to select their status when creating a call. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Crew Mobile, administrators can now remotely log a user out of a device from the MMP. When upgraded to the 2026.3 server version of Crew Mobile, the FPM Preplan Search now supports searching by Occupant in addition to Structure. The Route Map Widget now has a button to show or hide the map tips. Geofence map tip was enhanced to have an open details button so a long description can be viewed.
