This is a great platform I was able to follow everything that was going on with my case; as well as, send/receive messages 24/7 so if I thought of a question after hours then I would jump on here and ask before I forgot it (lol and they answered it when they got into the office) I was also able to communicate with my team through the messaging when I was not able to speak to them on the phone which was very helpful yes I would absolutely tell everyone about this platform it’s awesome!
