The Livindi Helper app lets you stay connected to older adults who have Livindi; it makes video calls and photo sharing fun and simple. Liv, the Livindi voice companion, calls your loved one every day, answers whenever they call, and sends you a summary of how they're doing. It provides medication reminders to help remember complex medication schedules. Livindi can even be set up to answer automatically when you call. Livindi is perfect for virtual visits or to coordinate telehealth visits. Family can receive alerts if the older adult has fallen and Livindi helps reduce isolation by providing a digital picture frame to share photos.
Features include:
• Liv, a voice companion that calls the older adult on a schedule, answers whenever they call, and alerts family if something is wrong (optional subscription).
• Simple-to-use video calling where older adults start a video call by tapping a face.
• Closed-captions that transcribe conversations to help those with hearing issues.

• Digital picture frame that lets family share videos and photos with the older adult.
• Sensors (purchase at www.livindi.com) that monitor motion, temperature, eating patterns, bathroom patterns and other activity (optional).
• Family can receive alerts if something is wrong, such as certain behavioral changes, sleep issues, temperature issues or potential falls (requires the optional sensors).
• Mobile personal emergency response (mPERS) emergency pendant (optional).
• Bed sensor that can tell caregivers when the older adult is in and out of bed, and can also provide pulse and respiratory data (optional).
• A watch that can measure temperature, heart rate, respiration rate, sleep and SpO2 level (optional).
Family members will install the Livindi Helper App onto their smartphones. To get the sensors, activity alerts, behavioral alerts, temperature issues and fall detection you can purchase a complete Livindi kit including hardware and cellular Internet connection from www.livindi.com. Home care agencies, doctors and senior living facilities can use the Livindi portal (purchased separately) to help care for large groups of Livindi users.
