I just have to say that had it not been for our Wellness Provider at the Whiteville Center and her care, concern and a little insistence that I follow up with my Dermatologist after seeing her for a spot on my neck that I thought was nothing. I contacted my Dermatologist who immediately did a Biopsy that day, 2 weeks later my doctor contacted me to say that the results showed a Squamous Cell Carcinoma was present and I would need another surgical procedure as soon as possible. Tina followed up with me via telephone visit in between the visits and 2nd procedure. I had not told her until that day that I had an aunt that lost her life to the exact same cancer! I was so very lucky and Blessed to find out after the 2nd surgery that mine was in the very early stages and my dermatologist was able to get all of the cancer cells! Had it not been for Tina, I would never have questioned that spot again! I owe her so much, it could have cost me my life! My heart breaks that she and the Whiteville Clinic will no longer be here for teammates like myself!

The My Premise Health Team are great! My husband and I greatly appreciate them so much! Everything is convenient and very pleasant and their professionalism in what they do is truly a blessing! We go to Dr Malcholm Patchel and his team. They are awesome group of professional staff and the Nurses are truly wonderful! We never have experienced any issues or any problems in all our 20 + years attending with them! Although there is a new name; the service is still great and convenient. Thanks so much you guys! Whenever we went to other locations they did well but we are truly satisfied with service he provides and the location works for us! Dr Patchel goes over and beyond to provide care for you more than my primary doctor does! The Nurses are awesome as well! They go over and beyond helping us as well! We couldn't ask for anything more! Truly a blessing to have them available for us! 🥰

My husband has been going here for quite some time since this is the doctor’s office that works directly with the company he works for. I was really unsure about being seen here just because I thought it was work related stuff only. When I tell you on my first (and so far only) visit I felt so welcomed and so much like part of the family it was unreal. Everyone was nice. Not fake to your face nice, but honestly nice. They listened to every concern I had. Addressed every concern I had listened to what I wanted to have prescribed and did their best to fulfill that. They have an onsite pharmacy and always make sure you leave with what you need. Absolute all around amazing. Excited that this is my new PCP and I have a great team behind me to address any concerns that may come my family’s way.

I had such high hopes for this app and the Nevada Caesar’s appt center. When making a telephone appt to discuss birth control options available to me and their effectiveness, I was told they would not answer and of my questions or requests for a consultation unless I came in for a pregnancy test. When I assured them that I had taken several tests and was not pregnant they continued to refuse to answer any of my questions. After requesting to speak to another doctor I was told no one else was there. So I hung up and made a telephone appointment with a different doctor for the next day only to be called and told by his nurse that he won’t do a telephone appointment with me to discuss birth control and will only do an in office visit, despite my persistent reminders that I work during their available office hours. Extremely unprofessional, rude, I was being talked to rather loudly and it seemed very discriminatory. I was being accused of causing harm to a fetus that does not exist by asking about safe sex practices and options for my future. 0/10
