On a page you go to when you’re having trouble registering with the app, the on-screen keyboard covers up the bottom part of the page that includes the “submit” button. The on-screen keyboard includes a “next” button that one would expect to submit the form. I kept pressing it or changing how I filled out the form trying to make it work. It was only after I _accidentally_ tapped a blank part of the screen that the keyboard disappeared and I saw the “submit” button. Not a good first impression.

Rightway is the most convenient app to use when you are in need of healthcare assistance. The billing department will advocate on my behalf for medical bills from the doctors office. They helped me find a great dentist and ofcourse, they make sure it is in network with my insurance plan. As long as you use Rightway, any insurance problem you have WILL be resolved. Not to mention, everything is confidential and is not shared with the employer. They have friendly staff available to speak with on the phone, and even incredibly educated nurse practitioners. Now that I use Rightway, my life has become so much easier. No more confusing bills, or waiting to schedule an appointment. They do everything for you right then & there. I would recommend to everyone.

The health industry is a beast and ridiculously challenging to navigate. Full of scheduling, calling, voicemails, dealing with pharmacists, insurance, and doctors offices. I rarely leave reviews but for me, the biggest bottleneck of healthcare is the logistical nightmare. I have been using Rightway for over a year for everything from finding a new chiropractor and wisdom tooth removal to medication management. I’ve NEVER received such white globe service. I give them context for what I need and they do EVERYTHING else (booking, finances, etc.). They responded on Christmas, New Years, etc. to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the care team for keeping me healthy and protecting my life in some instances. It’s hard to summarize my appreciation.

Due to some inexplicable error, I have had to get my doctor to write 3 network exception waivers for a 20-week anatomy scan for a high risk pregnancy. UMR still has not paid for it 7 months later. Every time I try to get some help at Rightway, they act like they are fixing it in this disturbing loop. Finally, after 4 months, someone admitted that they couldn’t do anything and I had to submit an appeal. My appeal was accepted for the wrong dates of service—AFTER I was no longer pregnant. The incompetence is astounding. I’m told that all 3 waivers have been accepted but my payment has not been applied to my deductible yet. I’m being sent to collections for services 3 months later that should be covered but aren’t being paid due to this hang up. No one will ALLOW me to directly contact UMR to sort this out for myself, which I cannot fathom is legal. This is a racket!
