The TowneBank Mobile Banking App^ is both convenient and SECURE. Each mobile session is protected with the same level of security as online banking, including SSL encryption and extra login security. No sensitive information is stored on your mobile device and no account numbers are ever transmitted.

I know it’s a smaller bank and I love that considering I came from a federal credit union. I was a member of over 30 years but unfortunately navigating things like Zelle on this app is not easy at all actually it’s very frustrating so that makes me a little apprehensive when I have something to do regarding sending money to family members in need of it. They only have Zelle. It’s very complicated. Otherwise I love the people at my local bank that I am privileged enough to get service from. They are wonderful the whole staff and I’m glad I’m part of the new family.

Of the banks I have had a relationship with the staff and services from TowneBank far exceed all others. I particularly am happy I am able to access my funds in TowneBank from any ATM without concern for additional usage fees. It is a valuable perk! Staff at all locations I have used are friendly and helpful in so many ways!

If you need to sign back in it flashes and if you have epilepsy that could cause you to have a seizure YOU NEED TO FIX THAT. And you need to stop charging people that are on a fixed income or get paid from Social Security. I belonged to a brick and mortar Bank years ago that if your checks came from the government they waved all fees. And there are enough web banks now that you will lose my business if you keep charging fees

The app works well, but they provide no way to pay down the principal on a loan. I called and they don’t have any way to help. You would have to mail extra payments and hope they apply it appropriately. I would have rated less, but I hope they read this and improve their app and mend this policy.
