This is a very realistic and strangely entertaining game! The game does a good job at making you actually feel like you’re helping people’s lives and making a difference in your city. The gameplay can sometimes become repetitive, but the dialogue-choice based 911 calls add some much-needed variety and engagement to the game. I think the shop UI needs to be improved, because when I purchase items or units, there is no visual indicator of the purchase being made other than the amount of total money decreasing on the bottom. I would definitely want an ad-supported version of the full game, however, for those of us who don’t want to spend money on mobile games. Just let us have the full game with ads, and charge the same price to remove them! Overall 9.5/10 Great game!

I love this game it’s so perfect very detailed and spectacular! I wish I could get the one that costs money but my mom doesn’t like to spend money on apps so I can’t get the even more perfect version. So I was hoping you guys (the creators) read this and hear me out. I love the game but I wish you had created more adventures in the lite version. I’m great full than there aren’t any ads. I have never played a game I lived that never had ads. I just want you guys to add some more things that were in the better version I would go on every gaming website suggesting this app to many people. I’m so glad this game came out in phones because i don’t have steam to get it on a computer so I was dying for it to come out on phones. So ya I love it.Great job creating this game! From VivLovesGaming
Fun, but needs improvements

I decided to try out the free game first before buying the real one. It’s a fun game, but definitely needs some UI improvements. Also, sometimes when I try to move my units, they either can’t go there because they’re too close to the location, or because the icon of the unit is blocking the icon of the place. Lastly, when I click on an event/place to see its info, I feel like the menu that opens that displays this information is too obstructive. Nevertheless, great game, and I will definitely buy the premium version once these issues are fixed.
Could be awesome.

It’s amazing how simple things like “ERROR: incomplete teams.” and “Must purchase to continue.” and a flawed interface and interaction with previously stated teams and attempts to enter ‘free’ areas, can really annoy and exacerbate what could be a decent, if lacking in technical direction, game.It feels like this game was created or designed by at least three different minds with opposing goals. First, you get an in-depth walkthrough of how to handle 9-1-1 calls, basic first aid, trauma, emergency medical care, data collection, prioritization and plenty of other important-in-real-life, but completely-pointless-in-game instructions. These instructions are supposed to be used to assist in dispatching emergency services, which ends up being 3% of what you actually do during the game. The easiest way to understand what I am describing is to download the game and get frustrated and annoyed yourself. You apparently have the option to change and create new teams in your different emergency response team areas but once you’ve created a new team or made a change, at first you don’t see anything, so the ‘new teams’ you created (and keep creating because you don’t see anything happen after you tap the “create new team” button) start piling up at the bottom of your roster as empty teams and the game will not let you proceed with empty teams. There isn’t a way that I could find to delete empty teams and if you accidentally ‘let go’ of an icon when attempting to switch up teams, that ‘person’ just disappears. Unless you have a way to fix this game I can’t recommend it for anyone. It’s frustrating and terrifying enough to actually do the job of an emergency worker, it shouldn’t be made worse or just stupid by a poorly made app.
