Have had a home gym since 2020 and I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to find this app. It is sooo cool. You enter what equipment you have available in your gym, and it will create a library of hundreds of workouts for you that you can log performance and progress on. It will build a workout for you based on a specific movement you want to do, a specific muscle group, or a specific piece of equipment you want to use. You can also build your own workout and it gives you a bunch of different templates for doing so. The only thing I think this app is missing is ability to log your own workout for the day such as a simple run or yoga if you did not do a smart WOD that day.

I just recently purchased the premium option for both your workout generator and the WOD Timer apps (not knowing that there was a timer in the generator app itself). I’ll start by saying I LOVE these apps!! There’s great variety in the workout generator (even if you have limited equipment) and the WOD timer looks great on my iPad!I feel as if both apps would be AMAZING combined as I slightly wasted my money purchasing the premium subscription for both when I could have just purchased the lifetime for one. However, my biggest con for the apps are that I use my iPad for my workouts when I’m home and my iPhone for when I’m not. It would be great if the apps sync on both devices so that my workout log and favorite workouts reflect on both devices. This would eliminate the hassle of trying to copy my workouts from one device to the other. Additionally, the ability to log workouts from the generator without performing the timer would also be a great function (could be simplified with combining the apps and allowing the apps to sync across devices.

One of the missing links of my home fitness journey is a way to track bar work.I was spending a small fortune at my local CrossFit gym and decided to cut back on spending by doing home workouts. This app has been a lifesaver. I bought some equipment from Rogue and paid for the premium version of this app and still spent less than a yearly membership at my local CF gym. I can choose the equipment I have on hand, plus I can make my own workouts which is AWESOME. Thanks to the developers for making a great app geared towards me and my individual goals.

This app is the best WOD generator I’ve seen. I’m happy to have paid for the lifetime download. One suggestion for a new feature: An optional heavy weight training section you may add to the WOD. Many CrossFit gyms do a strength-focused Olympic lift session with heavy weight and no time pressure before the WOD. It’s easy enough to come up with one myself before the WOD, but it would be a cool feature of this app to have the structure of, for example, 3 sets of 3 power cleans at 80% 1RM and the ability to record the weight used. In any case, happy customer!
