Buggy software

My organization has been using this software for nearly a year for scheduling, this app and the desktop website consistantly not only fail to organize schedules but regularly glitch out when users try to lookup and register for activities and events. The website and app crash at random moments, lastly you have to login every single time you use the app. Do your organization a favor and use a better system for your events or scheduling.
App doesn’t work all the time

I am trying to use the app and sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn’t on my phone. It recirculates and asks me to login multiple times and freezes. It does work on my laptop with no issues. Requesting IT to look into app to see why not working on phone - specifically iPhone. Would be nice to receive some feedback. Thank you
