My dance studio switched to this app recently, and so far, we ALL hate it. It's impossible to navigate: the wording of each section is confusing ("book for class" is for kids classes. "Appointment" is for adult classes. They don't explain that; i had to figure it out). How to book a class? I still don't know. From what i can tell, it's a 6- or 7-step process that SHOULD be way simpler, as it is on other apps.... And if you get confused, you might be signing up for a class when you thought you were just clicking for more information. Some adults are accidentally getting charged $75 registration fees that are only meant for kids' classes...If you're a business owner and want to lose a lot of customers by utilizing a pointlessly confusing app, this is the one for you!

The login screen requires you to know the exact name of your organization, or else it will not let you to a login screen. If you manage to figure out what your organizations name is, you get to the login screen. The login screen is completely white/blank with just two text boxes that don’t show what you’re typing.If you manage to then click the *invisible* login button, you’ve finally made it to your account.

This app has helped me to confirm enrollments and bookings, etc at multiple places but it crashes pretty often. Specifically, for my gymnastics studio, they post evaluation results but every time I try to see them the app shuts down. It’s frustrating. Other than that huge glitch, it’s ok. Can be so much better.

Wooooosahhhhhh
Why can’t I open the watch live feature? I used to be able to, and I’m guessing with the last update, I can no longer open any of the floors to watch my daughter. Super frustrating!
