The best way I can describe this app: if the company you are working for transitions to using this app or a company you are going to start working for is using it - go somewhere else. All this app does is cause frustrations and increased paperwork. I won’t even go into details as to why, cause the designer and programmer won’t listen. They took the concept of an app, written down on a bar napkin, spent 25 minutes developing, no QA and then sent it off for people to use.

This hunk of poo can’t even get the update feature correct. Whenever an update comes out it will force a pop up telling the user to sync, but all options are frozen. Closed app, re open app, quickly navigate to sync screen (otherwise the pop up will strike within 3 seconds), successfully hit sync only to get an error that the previous sync must complete before starting a new one. Semantics would lead one to believe the update is happening but after 10 minutes of nothingness…. Only solution is to remove and reinstall app, all while customer is staring at me farting around on my phone with this garbage app. All of my fellow technicians report same issue with this delightful product. Aside from that, it’s slow, requiring you to wait while it updates after each task in the order process. Process time over mobile has its limits, but updating 5 times throughout the course kills productivity in the field

I don’t know how much longer I will be able to resist the urge to destroy this phone with this dog water software that I’m sure costs millions of dollars for some reason. Two highschool kids could make a more functional platform over a weekend in the computer lab. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. It actively harms my mental health and detracts from my joy in life. Do better you corporate goons.

notice how very few people took the time to rate this app…those who have are speaking on behalf of many users who gruel in silence over the raw garbage that they have no other choice but to suffer using. This program is recycled garbage that only proves itself as a ditched piece of GE software that they pawned off after finally realizing the boat anchor it will always remain.
