Ever since I finished reading “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” I’ve always wanted to find a way to actually be in the world of magic and I still remember when I turned eleven I would just sit near the window all day waiting for an owl and even though I got a cold from the wind I would still stare out the window 😅I was a bit upset when I turned 12 but then a few years ago I discovered this game it I love it! It’s fun how you can customize your character and I love the drama! I also like how you can take classes to learn stuff like spells, potions, etc., but I have a teensy suggestion. (Spoiler alert 🚨) in the beginning your character says that he/she is in a wizard in’s family and knows everything about magic. For the people who’ve finished Harry Potter it won’t really matter but for some people who’ve only read the first book or a little more it might be a bit confusing. That’s why I suggest you try to tweak the game so your character is from a Muggle family. Also, if you’re still reading, DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE WHO SAY THAT YOU NEED TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR ENERGY TO REFILL! In reality 1 gem equals 4 minutes but there’s an alternative as well. When you get to zero energy keep clicking on a task and eventually three options will pop up (Buy a gem, wait 4 minutes, watch an ad) I recommend watching an ad because in return you get 3 energy. That’s all for now until I stop restarting the game and actually finishing it, but I hope people find my review useful!

Great game overall, terrible data hog

This game is fun to play and I love the story and side quests. Been playing for years and it’s worth playing my only beef is the data usage. My hardwired Ethernet computer will drop internet when using this app over my wifi. Like I get there are models to download and such but I literally can’t use internet on other things when using this app at the same time. I pay for a very high internet package and find it rediculous it drops out a hardwired connection but as soon as I close the app works fine again. Despite all the loading I do I still get many moments where it gets stuck in a loading screen and I have to close the app but since the game doesn’t save often I end up losing 4 minutes of collecting energy and have to start over again or flat out fail a class. My most recent issues are the app not properly notifying me when a class is ending. I close the app completely when not playing so I don’t drain my battery and come back to a class ended which is extremely frustrating. Also the recent gem cost raise to the monthly rewards key. I am free to play and the amount of ads I already watch for energy etc should be atleast enough for them to have a key pass cheap enough to buy with the gems I earn in a month for a frequent player. Just seems like a greedy sales pitch from the developers. Also the recent issue with Facebook authentication really rubbed myself and others the wrong way. Like give us an option to save to our iOS account instead as getting locked out for 4 days really demotivates me to even log on.

UPDATE APPPP!!!!
I really enjoy playing this game and I think it was well made and I really enjoy all the details. But while playing myself and reading through some other reviews, i’ve noticed that i’m not the only one who seems to think that the energy is an issue. Many of the task require quite a bit of energy and it’s difficult to complete them when you’re constantly running out of energy. I understand where the energy is there to most likely make sure you’re not rushing through the game. But it gets quite frustrating when you’re having to wait so long for the energy. Also the study sessions can sometimes get really tedious and a bit annoying depending on how many times you have to redo them in order to get stars to unlock the next lesson. Also it would be cool to see more character clothes and items added. While looking through the clothes for the girls, a lot of them just don’t seem that appealing or stylish and I wish there were better options, also the way that the clothes look on the character, look a bit weird and give off a manly vibe. Next, while trying to unlock magical creatures, some of them require a lot of books in order to get them and it’s quite hard to get books unless you pay for them, and possibly the amount required for them could be lowered or something else could be done for them. Also it would be cool if more characters from the Harry Potter books were added in, such as; Harry, Hermione, Ron, Draco, Luna, Neville, Ginny, etc. But anyway I really do enjoy playing this game and am excited to see how it progresses in the future.

I love the game but it’s super glitchy it also it would be a lot easier if you would do like where you can get a lot of money from doing classes like at least at least 20 or 30 something that’s how much money we need because I’ve been playing this game for a while and I like it but I haven’t been able to upgrade my room and I’ve done everything and like a little time thing to see which room is like the winter and stuff it doesn’t even move it just stands there in the same spot the sand and stuff doesn’t even move inside of it and it’s just I like Harry Potter and stuff but I don’t don’t think that tutorial is so long can’t you just make the tutorial just a little bit smaller and it would be awesome if you did and I love the app and everything but can’t you make it where people can get at least one pet until they can and awesome if you really good and cool if you can make the questions a lot harder on like when you’re playing the game put a friend but make it there like it should be a few modes or something that be really cool game and overall I love the game honestly is the best game ever but there is some things that need to be fixed and some things that need to be just a little bit harder or easier I think they’d be really cool and you should make like a lot I like classes you can go to so you don’t have to go to the same ones like you can make it worse eagle learn how to put spells on pets spells on people and stuff that we really cool and I really love you so I think you should be pretty please OK bye
