If you are eligible, consults are free and available as often as you require.Two types of services are available:
(1) Video Consultations: schedule a video appointment at a time that suits you. Available in English and Spanish.
(2) Phone Consultations: request a phone consultation on a call back basis. The doctor will typically return your call within 2 – 4 hours. Available in English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese, German, Hindi, Cantonese, Hungarian, Portuguese, Malay, Korean, Thai, Arabic and Italian’

App should allow for range of times for phone consultations. I received calls at 4 am despite noting time zone location. Could not schedule video consult because time function does not work.

First the app did not work at all. It said it was not available where I was, which is not true. A week later I can get on the app after back and forth through email...and I set up an appointment and wait by my phone. My phone never rang. But the app says my appt was cancelled. When I try to hit the reschedule button on app it does not work. My only choice is to call the help number and I have been sitting on hold forever. There is no way to message through the app. This is a really bad experience.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The app works great. I scheduled an appointment with photo attachments and there was a nice doctor on the other end at the right time. App worked perfectly.
App won’t even open!

I can’t open the app. On their website the virtual assistant can’t help at all. And the customer service phone number to call says it’s not connected at this time. How in the world are we supposed to reach this service? Frustrating. We had used this before and it worked well.So now it’s double frustrating.
