The app is not very intuitive, after installing the app I tried to order but only catering was coming up. We decided to call instead, well that didn’t work out either. From the message when calling, I did gather that you are only ordering at the event that was current. I closed everything and re-opened the app, SUCCESS! Once I re-opened, ordering was easy and straightforward. I will use the app next time hopefully it goes a bit easier now that the app is installed.
False Advertising

Complete false advertising from this app. They display this as a way to skip the line but this is not true at all. You place your order and pay for your food and then have to wait until the displayed time the app gives you (even though it was requested ASAP). In our experience, the displayed wait time in the app was over an hour and the actual wait time was around 15 minutes. People who were not even in line when we arrived are now receiving their food before us. This app is only useful if you don’t feel like standing to wait in line. Don’t expect that you’ll be able to “skip the line” because this is not that case. The food from Cousins Maine Lobster is very good but this experience has turned me away from seeking them out again.

Finally was able to try Cousins Maine Lobster food because the truck came to Flywheel Brewing in Elizabethtown. Their food was delicious and we especially loved the lobster rolls and the Lobster Tots. Can not wait to try more of their menu items! This was my first time using their app as well and I was so happy it was very easy to use and allowed me to place a order and select a time for pick up. We had no problems when picking up the food and it was ready around pick up time. I would definitely recommend the app and the food!!
Hard to Contact; Cannot cater

I have heard good things about this food truck and was excited to try it with coworkers. I attempted to contact them for catering through the app, Facebook comment, and they finally messaged back on Facebook messenger (3rd attempt). You cannot request a kit ahead of time from the food truck which was a big bummer for me and my office mates. The organization in the app is messy and redirects to the website and back to the app back and forth. They have you check in the app as Chicago and then you have to take steps to hopefully find the location of where the food truck is that day. Just seems like a recipe for confusion.
We introduce several interface improvements - your experience with the app will be better than ever! Known bugs have been fixed as well.
