The WooCommerce app works very well. I have had in installed for a few years and it helps me keep track of orders while out and about which helps me better manage my workload.I use the app for checking in inventory also and it is quicker than using the WooCommerce plug-in in the Wordpress Dashboard plus I can move around with the app more easily when working with inventory than having to go back and forth to my computer.The app has been rock solid for me as far as functionality and I have had it installed on an iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro, or iPhone 15 Pro Max. Thanks for a great tool WooCommerce!
Need to reinstall everyday and hope it will work.

Back a year later to say it still is an awful app w nothing but the same malfunctions: Definitely not for small businesses who don’t have 24hr it person in house. below is more detail on the problems I’ve been having. It’s now months in and I’m having to hire a web developer to try to figure out the problem.… Because I am a small business and I need the convenience of this application to work (the ease was the reason why I chose to develop a woocommerce Wordpress website)… og review: Every single time, which could be multiple times per day, I have to delete this app off my phone and reinstall it… And then… I can only keep my fingers crossed that it’s gonna work. A few months ago there was no problem. Then they did some update, and ever since then I cannot process shipping. 90% of the time after I’ve reinstalled the app even then still will not connect and allow me to process shipping.… … revised::: it’s been three months since I last left the original review. The developer has contacted me with one message and then pretty much never responded. So there was never any resolution to this. I still can’t use this app. now won’t even let me login. I am 100% using the correct login information. I log into my website daily through the Internet. But on the app I can’t get in at all anymore. And this has been the resolution since they’re tech-support has attempted to help with one message, and then ghosting me.

However, looking through our tickets I was not able to find any tickets related to the username EditingExcitable. App has been having major errors lately, I can’t update products properly and have to redo things multiple times only for it not to save, when adding new products and variations the list just blanks out and doesn’t display any of the items to edit, no way to install jetpack with my login from GoDaddy since it’s not a Wordpress email login, overall very unhappy with my use so far, it’s been a major hassle just trying to get products listed and updating them when changes occur, even little details refuse to save sometimes such as stock updates when I make them, I would give it less of a rating but it used to be very functional and worked great, I updated to the latest iOS version hoping to fix these major issues with using the app and nothing has changed or been better in my use. Again the app refuses to display updates and save changes properly to your items, when making new variations and backing out to the list to save or make a new variation the previously created variations that save are all hidden and not displayed nor editable. I’m constantly refreshing trying to edit something and have it try to display what I just created only to have it show nothing in the app yet display on the website directly.Edit: the developer responded to my review so i figured I would update my post. I’ve already emailed and talked to your team about my issues. After a week or so you told me to disable plugins on my website and when I followed all your instructions and told you it didn’t fix any issues you stopped responding to me. I then emailed you again about the radio silence and it’s now been 13 days since my last email from you about the issue. I’m now updating the review to 2 stars for the terrible support experience, the app also progressively got worse and now doesn’t even display my recent orders, it’s showing orders back from November but orders placed recently vanish from the app.

UPDATE: Automattic support was very responsive and worked with me to track down the problem. It turned out that a plugin on my site (WP-Lister Pro) was causing a problem that affected listing orders in all API applications. So the problem wasn’t with this WooCommerce app at all. With the information given to me by the Automattic support team, the WP-Lister developer (who is also excellent) was able to correct the problem so the WoCommerce App is now working. This app now does what I wanted it for. I can easily check on new orders when I’m away from my office. I can also see the stats of my store, such as currently best selling items. I look forward to seeing this app develop. I hope Automattic will specifically think about how store owners might use a mobile app vs. a laptop/computer. For example, a mobile point-of-sale option would be awesome. An easy way to do stock count would also be very welcome. ————Original Review———I’ve had problems with this app since I installed it. Even after working with support to reinstall JetPack and to test for plugin conflicts the order lists won’t load. It does look like the developers are adding functionality to the app, but the basics aren’t inp,ace yet.
