The biggest issue I have is it’s impossible to read about or understand what I needed to do prior to setting it up and following directions through the App. The directions were simple and easy to follow, however I’m possibly not the only person that likes to have an idea of what I’m gonna be instructed to do prior to having to do it. So my complaint isn’t the directions through the app, I just feel a video showing what I will be doing be available off the website, or simply in paperwork included with the device. It can’t be that difficult, to include a short video on the website to ease the mind of someone like myself that wants to know what I need to do, if it was available, I’d say it’s a perfect system.

I am a sleep apnea patient. So I already know that I snore and have sleep apnea. This was a test for me too. Get a new machine after not having a new CPAP in over 12 years while sleeping with my CPAP machine was uncomfortable. This was a lot more comfortable to wear the small device on my finger rather than going in with all of the wires hooked up to my chest and head and sleeping in an odd environment while being tested overnight like they did it in the old days . I have not gotten my results back yet because I just used the device last night. However, the ease of use is a 10 out of 10. Fingers crossed that their results show as they’re supposed to

Very easy to use, with good instructions given to me through the app as I started each night’s test. The only issue is the app gives us no way to “Cancel” a night’s test if there was a bad night or disrupted night of sleep. The app assumes that people have perfect nights of sleep every night worthy of which to diagnose sleep issues. No we don’t! Please add a “Cancel Test” button next to the Stop Recording button on the screen that stays up all night, so we can cancel a test if we need and try again the next night. This is why I’m giving you a rating of 3, otherwise it would be a 5. This ability to cancel a test if we need is THAT important, otherwise the reviewing doctors of the test will give diagnoses based on bad test data.

I was expecting a big piece of equipment with 20 wires that I had to tape all over my body but this tiny device was the size of the tip of my index finger. The adhesive strip stayed securely in place the entire time so there was no chance of losing it during the night. The setup was very easy with step by step instructions. I do suggest you read the entire Welcome leaflets that were provided for the do’s and don’ts. The best part, I didn’t have to pack a overnight bag and leave my home to go to a Sleep Study facility. After the data was uploaded, I received a successful reading my first night. Thanks NightOwl!
