Glad to have in app form, worth every cent

MMM has been my go-to book on my hip and on my bedside table (literally!) for the last 16 years as a lactation professional. I constantly refer to it. I pay for each new edition to help the nursing families I support. For those who are trying to use this resource, please know that this book is written for lactation professionals and therefore has ALWAYS had a cost associated with it (which we so often never pass on to you.) Dr. Hale’s work is invaluable and is worth what we pay for each new edition. I happily paid my $59 to have this resource as a digital app at my fingertips.

I accidentally downloaded this app on my phone and was frantic thinking I would be charged for the app and services. When I called support, no one answered. I did not leave a message. The support team called me back the same day returning my missed call. The next day I called again with no answer. Then, a tech called me back stating he had missed my call “11 minutes earlier.” Wow! I am so impressed with this support team! 5 stars for sure!!!

I’ve been buying the book for years and am so happy to have an app that’s always current. If you're a nursing mom call your LC or doctor, this app is for healthcare professionals who need to look up information regularly and don’t have time to vet every single answer. I know I can trust Hale’s for that!
