I am not sure if this is iOS version issue, but app doesn’t work on my iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 17.1.1. It just shows No connection and there’s nothing I could do. I was able to use my iPad which was iOS 16 to connect with no problem.

I had much higher expectations for a speaker in this price range. Apparently aesthetics are prioritized over functionality. Can’t connect to WiFi - I get an error saying I need to keep my phone nearby and it’s literally sitting on the speaker. There should be more than one way to set this up. I’m returning my Marshall Acton II and will probably never buy another product from them again. If this is indicative of the quality they put I to their products then I definitely don’t want to give them my money. I’ve had products I’ve bought from cheap Chinese companies perform better with crappy looking apps.

App worked as it says, updated firmware and connected to Wi-Fi relatively quickly. It would be best to have just 1 Marshall app, instead segmenting this functionality out to a separate app. A couple of suggestions, more frequent app updates, iPad and Apple Watch compatibility, so we can adjust EQ went when the iPhone is not around.

The app hasn’t been updated in more than 5 years. The setup for Alexa doesn’t work anymore so we lost Alexa functionality for our Stanmore II. Otherwise the rest of the app functions properly as far as I can tell. Not the end of the world but still a bit annoying.
