Expected so much better from a renowned airline. Clunky and unfriendly. Most concerning for me is that lack of data privacy, and with no options to restrict advertisers from accessing my personal info, including contact details and shopping habits.

App doesn’t even load

When I launch it, it gets stuck on the launch screen spinning, and never loading. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help; neither does restarting my phone!
