I have been using this for years. I love it! It’s super great and easy to use. Honestly I have only used this app on and off for years, between trying to recover form injuries etc. it’s been great now that I am genuinely consistent! BUT - I am begging whomever runs and maintains this app to PLEASE add more than just beginner dumbbell work outs. Especially for those of us with packed schedules and are cheap so we only have adjustable dumbbells and maybe a bar with a bench. I love this app so much but an intermediate & advanced additions to the at home work outs to save us time in fleshing out a full plan would be great! Begging and pleading pathetically because I genuinely and honestly love using this app for ease & clearly made with good education behind it. I will continue to use it & make my own plans until they add intermediate & advanced dumbbell splits / 5-7 days a eeek etc (whatever works) don’t think - get the app and use it. It’s so worth it. Eliminates all headache.

We're working on something very exciting at the moment. You'll soon be able to create a personalized training plan based on your preferences such as the available equipment you have, the amount of workouts per week, your specific fitness goal (build muscle, gain strength, or improve body composition). We already have the Coach, but it will be a much improved version! The training plan will be created by using scientifically backed training principles. It will optimize the number of sets per muscle group, ensure compound and isolation exercises are incorporated, and give you tips on how to improve your technique. We're going to be releasing these new features by this month. Stay tuned!
Extremely useful app as an advanced bodybuilder - but...

I have been searching and searching non -stop for a new digital way to log my lifts. I probably downloaded 10-15 different apps with all having to buy a subscription of a yearly cost of $60 just to have more than 3 workouts saved - ridiculous! One late night I was RELIEVED to find this one, with a very reasonable cost of $10 for a LIFETIME. Very good price as that’s how much it would cost if I would purchase a physical workout log or simply a notebook. I personally don’t use the given workouts the premium subscription gives you, but they are fantastic as well for beginners or people who need more direction. Needless to say though, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and have been using the app daily. However, there are just a couple things that would make my experience all the more worth it!!1: Adding how much weight you do per sets. I’m shocked this isn’t already an option. I’ve been having to keep track of this elsewhere on a note app which has been sort of a pain switching back and forth.2: Being able to make an account to log in on multiple devices. Again, quite surprised this is not already an option. But down the road once I get a new phone, or if my phone got stolen/broke etc, I’d like to have a way to retrieve my account without worry.Hope you guys take my suggestions into consideration, but absolutely great job making this app and having it be a reasonable cost!
Great workout tracker for a reasonable price

I think this app is fantastic overall and am very happy with the ease of use. Here are a couple suggestions I have:1. Make saved workouts editable. I have noticed mistakes in workouts that I have saved in the past (sets, weight) but I’m not aware of a method for correcting those after I’ve saved it2. Add ability to Change the rest timer on workouts on the fly. I know you can change the default timer but that makes it so you can still only have one rest time amount for your whole workout3. When adding custom exercises, you should be able to mix and match any of the options on the list (weight, reps, distance, time). Farmers carries or weighted planks are currently hard to log.4. Definitely would be nice to have automatic cloud data backup. I would pay extra for this
Exactly What I Needed!

After trying at least a dozen other fitness trackers, I settled on this one. It does everything I need it to do, track resistance training workouts, without all the fluff that made other apps complicated. Note to the developer, well done! I really appreciate the work you put into this app and the updates you’ve been rolling out. A couple feature requests, it would be great if you could show the total volume in the workout instead of just showing it when you hit finish. It would also be nice if you could make the workouts editable for organization. As an example, I’d like the ability to drag and drop sets within a workout so I don’t have to change the weight/reps of everything that’s already there if I add a set that needs to be at the top. Hopefully that makes sense.
Add new resistance band exercises
