Fantastic app- recommended highly

NEEDS TO WORK FOR BORGOTA
This app is great. Way more intuitive than you’d think. For example, the icon of your car matches the exact model and color or your actual car (great for those who like attention to detail). Additionally, the exact model year owners manual is built into the app (and organized into folders). It works 98% of the time for me. Are there weird times when it doesn’t work to start the car? Yes- but those are very few and far between and to be expected with something like this. I would change two (very) small things: 1) there is a click-thru to the NMAC app. I wish there was a way to just build NMAC in to this app, to make this an all things Nissan app, where everything lives in one place. And 2) just make the app icon the Nissan logo, like the Infiniti app has. Makes it a bit cleaner and quicker to find. Overall, excellent app though and highly recommended for those with MYs with access to this.

I bought a CPO Altima Platinum Trim back in April opted to pay for the remote services through Nissan connect since my last 2 cars i always used the app. I loved the app at the beginning able to lock and unlock my car and remote start it in this Texas heat it’s comes in handy. But then the problems begin after 2 months I got offered a 3 month deal with a discount opted for it then the remote features became spotty sometimes the car would not even react to the command. Soon I was unable to remote start but could lock and unlock and locate my car up until this week the locator and remote locking have all seized together spent 30 min with Nissan troubleshooting no help. Then they told me it would be escalated and never got a call back since. It is set to renew next week but I’m gonna be canceling Guess that was trial period I had of it working… ridiculous!

Auto-renew doesn't renew

For the entirety of the nearly 2 years I've had my vehicle, I've had to call every month to have my service reinstated. I get the same speech every time "I have checked the auto-renew option so this shouldn't happen again." FFwd to next month, i go to remote start my car because it's the northeast and cold for most of the year, and lo and behold, my subscription isn't active again. They've tried to tell me it's because it's a debit card, so it won't auto-renew without authorization. They fail to explain how 6 other services are able to renew every month without issue on the same card, but theirs can't figure it out. This issue is what's going to make me not keep the vehicle at the end of the lease. I got it specifically for this service, and I'm not getting the service appropriately. For reference, my Subaru Starlink managed to auto-renew itself every month without issue. My carwash pass, streaming services, trash/water, and gym membership all handle auto-renew just fine on this same card. Nissan needs to get their act together.

I have a new 2025 Nissan Rogue SL since April and the app barely works. First, the remote start was removed due to battery issues. My remote lock works when it wants too, meaning, hardly ever. I had it in the service dept more than I can count to get the issues fixed…requested by Nissan Connect….after several calls to them. At my grandsons football game I get a message my doors are unlocked and hatch is open. When I went to check it out, doors were locked as was the hatch. That’s a safety issue for me.A couple of months ago I took it in for a recall that was suppose to enable the remote start. As of today, no remote start. I was also told by one of the Connect Nissan rep I would get Sirius XM for a extended period of time due to my inconvenience but when that didn’t happen, and another call to Nissan Connect they told me oh no, we don’t do that.So, I am extremely disappointed in this SUV since my 2022 never ever had issues. I’m sorry this is so long but I’m so frustrated because I really wanted to buy my 2025 at the end of the lease but that is not going to happen. I will not by another Nissan, that’s how upset I am of being tossed back and forth.
