Perfect! Yes the app is limited but look at what your getting in return?? The best savings rate out there! Put your money in a local big bank and get less than a percent in interest. I just opened an online saving account and have dealt with the customer service and it’s been awesome. Thanks for offering a great online savings account rate. Oh and btw you can always pull up the browser on you phone and make a transfer through your phones browser too you know lol. 🤯😂. Update......Do keep in mind though I will say if I did have one complaint it would be the speed of the transactions. They will hold your money for a min of 5 days. I made a deposit on December 6th amd it is still not showing in my available balance but they did take the money from my local bank on Monday so keep that in mind. Thanks Vio!

I created a VIO bank account in mid-July and then was unable to access it at all for over a month. I kept reaching out to the company, but they didn’t reply for 5-6 weeks. Meanwhile, my $100 initial deposit just sat there. When I finally got ahold of someone, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with her resetting my password THREE TIMES because it kept saying the new password was wrong. She even gave me a temporary password and that didn’t even work. It was by pure chance that I was finally able to log in.The online banking is not superior whatsoever, but this app is completely useless. I can’t remember my password since I had to change it 4 times the other day, and on the app there’s no “forgot password?” link to click on. So I guess I just have to wait until I can get on my computer to try to figure out how to access my VIO funds. Plus, the app does just a tiny fraction of what the website does, and the information the app will show you makes the whole thing pretty useless altogether. If you’re going to bank with VIO, be ready for ALL ONLINE BANKING and NO MOBILE banking. I am very disappointed. I’ve tried many, many banking companies, and this one is a) no better financially and, more importantly, b) the worst online banking app I’ve ever come across. I wouldn’t have put my money into VIO if I’d known what an absolutely impossible and frustrating experience it would be. Already searching for another savings account.

Very limited usefulness. Can monitor balances and transaction history, but not able to initiate transfers to or from external funding accounts. This is essential for an online only savings account. Only can do that on website. If I have to go to the website anyway what is the point of the app? The website when accessed to make transfers does not display well on a mobile screen. Security seems adequate. Deleted app. Numerous complaints about lack of functions over a significant time period and all that happens is the canned response below. How about yes that is a critical function every one wants so we will be adding it in the next revision! More bad news, if you are traveling out of the US as I regularly do, their security system denies access. None of my other banks have this “security feature”. One bank I had used does not have an app but did have a fully functioning mobile friendly website- may be a better way for VIO to go. All positive reviews only cite the high interest rate paid. That is not what is being reviewed, you are rating the app and it is worthless! I said above I deleted the app not that I closed the account.

I’m glad to have some extra funds to start building my new savings account with Vio. Unfortunately my computer is broken and with my goal to save money for other things it has become impossible to add savings to my Vio account. I really would like to see an update where I can transfer funds from my checking to my savings. It was so easy to do on a computer, it is not possible without one. That is my problem now. I realize the app has not been a priority but I truly feel like Vio banking would become supremely popular if you just added this one feature. I want to watch my high yield savings grow but I can’t do that until I figure out a time to go find a computer to use- which is extremely inconvenient. Thanks
