Add button for treatments is not working with new update. Also in calendar the pop up # reminders do not go away when you mark completed.A couple of other things,In th treatment section there’s a question asking what did you use last and what will you be using and only gives option for one.You can only add glucose by it’s self, would be good if gave an option in treatment section

How is this app so overlooked by its developers? Needs serious attention. First off logging in with Face ID sometimes works great and other/most time have to do it 6 times before it’ll open. I have 3 months of treatment data needed although when I go to the history for the day it says missing information everything is entered correctly. When closing on the treatment page where it ask for Initial Drain, Total UF, Average Dwell and lost Dwell, the Total UF is crap and goes to keyboard versus the big number pad. And this is all “if” it lets you save your pretreatment information the night before. Most of the time I have to screen shot all information and enter it in the morning so it’ll save for some reason. As much money as our insurances pay Davita and this is the best they can do? 14 year old kids make App games more complete that functions better then this App that is needed to record my life saving information does. So sad!

Where to start. On the positive side, load speed has decreased which is great…and that’s about it, no other positives. Now, on the negative side, if you go between apps when you have a treatment open, all changes will be gone for your treatment when you navigate back. Log in is wonky and sometimes facial ID works and sometimes it doesn’t. Many times you open the app and have to log in again, even though you configured facial ID. As it sits tonight, I cannot access any of my treatments. Not sure if this is due to maintenance or my data is simply wiped. It has been like this the entire weekend. Also, it looks like the font size was increased? Why? It should be easier to scroll to the save button. I am guessing that there is one child working on this from their mom’s basement.

The new update that was just pushed is not helpful at all. It times out way too quickly and if you navigate off that screen it takes you back to a login. The login does not have a “remember me” feature or support facial ID for stored passwords. So I have to login 3-4 times manually while I’m trying to get my husband hooked up or disconnected during his treatments. Super frustrating. Also, when I am keying in his vitals, if I click on a bullet it makes the screen jump and then I have to find my way back to where I was. Not user friendly at all. I am fairly tech savvy but I can’t image someone who struggles with tech to not have the new method just take forever.
