I was strictly breastfeeding and not concerned with having formula initially. After taking a medication my milk almost entirely dried up. It was very sad to me, but I had to begin formula. As a new mother I was concerned about the costs of formula. Thankfully Enfamil had sent me lots of coupons, even before I had the baby, some $25 off, $15, $5. They helped so much. The app helped me learn about each formula to try and find the best fit. I like that I can also read other parents opinions and perspectives on each product. Also I am greatly appreciate that Enfamil offers occasional rebates for spending over $40. That has been AWESOME.

I have an account already but have not been able to do anything or access my account. After I login on the website, I continuously receive a blank page. On the app, I keep trying to add my information such as my due date and the page just constantly displays a please wait message after hitting save. I have used Enfamil with all my previous pregnancies and was looking forward to using it again for this pregnancy. The issues I am experiencing with both platforms is very frustrating and beyond disappointing.**Update. The app/website still wouldn’t load for me, however when I sent an email to support, I was able to provide the necessary information to have my account updated. Still doesn’t change the issues with the app/website. However, the level of customer service received solidifies why I have always chosen Enfamil for my formula fed babies.

It’s unfortunate to rate the app and the tech so low given the product has been great for my son. This app is slow to load, takes a long time to process information, or fails to process things altogether. There are constantly scanning issues that cause your receipts to be rejected but you won’t know about these until a day or two later. Great, I hang onto my receipts for an extra couple of days after scanning just in case! Nope, all of my other apps accept my scan and award points appropriately. This app, not so much. I’ve reached out to support for answers about a missing reward as well as reasons my receipts were rejected. This ultimately would have allowed $110 in money back for my family. Between the length of time the app takes ti process and the lack of response by support, I’m feeling like the company is not wanting to give the money. As a business owner, I can respect this 100%, however, don’t advertise or incentivize with money back and then fail to follow through.

I had 7900 loyal points and thought I could use it to get my little one (now 1yo) a formula (free or discounted). So the way it works is, you have to go to check your points and hit redeem and choose the product, but when the product is out of stock, you would not know until you see it in your bag/cart, just like in my case. The points have been deducted right away even before I can use and it has been 4 days and I have not seen it credited back to my account. I tried to keep sending them emails (3 to be exact) through their website and app, and I only got one generic response, they are experiencing longer time to response than usual. I feel like had been snatched with my loyal points. I know that this is just a privilege, but the loyal points is their commitment to their loyal consumers, which really helps because formula milk powder are really pricey! To my point, there should be an option for consumers to credit back the points or not to use thd points before proceeding to placing the order.
