The app is easy to use overall and provides an excellent platform to communicate with my trainer. As someone who develops software improvements as part of my other job activities, I have a few recommendations:- I would like an audible alert at the end of a rest period, similar to how an alert is given at the end of a timed set. Maybe a different tone to differentiate from the existing timer. - In reading other reviews, I agree that it would be helpful to pull forward weights used previously on a particular exercise when a new session is dropped by the trainer. I, too, have to look back to prior data.- Just started using the meal tracker. It froze a couple times when trying to scan barcodes, which caused me to delay starting to use the app and continue using My Fitness Pal. (I don’t have the upgrade on that app, so I can’t scan at all there, so it’s nice to have that capability again if it works). Also, I’ve noticed that the library of preloaded foods is limited compared to My Fitness Pal, and I have to do a lot of manual additions. I hope that library is being expanded, and/or manual entries by other users like myself will become searchable for use in my own log.

I was inspired to try this app by Sarahinallsizes on instagram. I was a fan and followed her for a while, and I was at a low point and wanted some extra support to get me back in the gym. I signed up for a consultation and a rep told me I would be a good fit for the program. I was then told this program would cost $185 a month for 6 months ($1110). I was kind of nervous because It was a lot of money and I thought to myself, what kind of services could this app possibly give me for that much money? Maybe video calls with the coach? A more sophisticated app program tailored for my personal fitness goals? I asked if I could see a sample of the app or some pictures to get a feel for it and the rep said no. This honestly should’ve been the point where I backed out…This app is basically a regular workout plan app where you get occasional messages from a “life coach” and spammed with general media messages from Sarah. The recipes are terrible (you really can do so much better) and I had other concerns regarding glitches and lack of any changes to my workout routines (which is supposed to be part of the plan) and I was told that it was my problem for not talking to the life coach and there was no way to get a refund or even a partial refund for dissatisfaction. I gave up using the app after just one month because I was so unhappy with the quality for what I was paying…PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your money. It is far too much for very low quality training experience.

Using the Lenus eHealth app as a client has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. My coach personalizes my workouts, meal plans, and habits directly in the app, and everything is easy to follow. I love being able to track my progress, check off completed tasks, and message my coach whenever I have questions—all in one place. The app keeps me motivated by showing how far I’ve come, and the reminders help me stay consistent. It’s clear, simple, and makes working with my coach so much more effective. Highly recommend it to anyone working with a fitness professional!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin! $185 a month for six months only to get absolutely no constructive feedback and actions for improvements, the workouts were not tailored to me whatsoever. This “coach” not ONCE gave me any instructions on how to properly perform any of the workouts, those videos of the workouts were useless for the most part leading me to just google how to do them properly anyways, ADVANCED workouts that were WAY out of my current physical capabilities but suggested for me to “try”, the amount of workouts that targets the same exact muscle groups in one day were very questionable, and making my sessions sometime pushing over 3 hours in the gym just to finish them. NO REST DAYS! The final nail on the coffin was when I asked what am I doing wrong and how can I readjust, the answer I got was a snarky “what do you want me to do?”. My “coach” was self proclaimed “I know what I’m doing, I’ve been doing this for a long time”. I can now confidently beg to differ. Do yourself a HUGE favor and find an actual qualified professionally certified fitness coach and nutritionist. Do not be lead by these fitness influencers who’s only after money and clout.
