How does Link On Demand work?
- Link On Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Link On Demand app, input your address within the areas we serve, and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up at your location, or nearby, and drop you off at your destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel.

Hire more drivers like Hector! Professional, friendly, and right on time. Also, please expand your service area and offer Sunday service. Taking light rail fromDIA to Mineral station on a Sunday at night is risking your life. When the security guards are informing passengers to be carefuland asking if they have another way home, would far prefer your service. Thank you!
Not reliable at all
I hate this stupid company!
Truly don’t even know where to start. Most of the drivers are always on speaker phone yelling and getting distracted while driving. And although nothing is wrong with it it seems like most of their drivers speak very poor English which makes it really difficult to understand an communicate. The vans are FILTHY. I mean absolutely filthy (FOOD ON THE FLOOR AND SEAT, STAINS ON THE FLOOR, AND THE SMELL IN EVERY VAN). No matter what you book at ride at there is a 8/10 chance you won’t get the ride at the time you scheduled not even close. And the customer service seems to have been trained by little Caesar’s workers because they literally can’t do anything at all. If you call them for a complaint you won’t get a call back like they promise and don’t even bother asking for help because whatever they can do is literally a copy of what you can do on your phone they’re useless. I hate this company so much

It’s legit faster to walk anywhere than wait for Link. It can sometimes take up to an HOUR to get a ride. My favorite part is how they’ll pick up other people along the way, even if it means backtracking, to cause your 15 minute ride to take over an hour. For example, I waited 45 minutes for a ride to Park Meadows. We were within a mile of the mall when the app made the driver turn around to get another passenger in the same complex I’m in, which was 20 minutes back and then 20 minutes back to the mall. All in all my 20 minute trip took over an hour. It’s so slow it’s embarrassing.
Via is not listening to the public!
