Stress Less is the quickest and easiest way to recognize and react to stress. With just a few taps you can log your current stress level. Stress Less will then provide you with personalized suggestions on how to de-stress. These suggestions are simple actionable things that you should be able to perform immediately and in under 10 minutes. The goal of the suggestions is to actively give you ways to lower your stress level when you're feeling most stressed. If you see a suggestion you like, give it a thumbs up. Just downloaded this app and already learned so much about stress and have a better understanding of dealing with it. Some people, like myself, don’t realized they’re stressed as much as they are and the little advise cards that pop up after a log are so helpful! I also love the sleek and easy to navigate design, highly recommend!

This app is like a mobile diary that only takes a few minutes a day. It is great way to look back on my stress levels later which helps me see what’s been stressful. I really like the suggestions the app gives and quotes everyday.

No. There is no way an app can “hack” an iOS device without an exploit like sockpuppet. Your iPad is fine. If it did, it wouldn’t be on the App Store. Apps are sandboxes on iOS, and an exploit to escape it is worth a lot of money.
