Trying to create account. It is incredibly slow to return any validation. Also, when I tried to create a password, and it never told me what needed to be included, I tried to go back, and the keyboard and cursor would not pop up when I tapped on the password field so that I could actually delete what was there.I haven’t even gotten to see what the rest of the interface is like, but this does not bode well.

Thank you so very much for making our lives so much easier when you don’t forget us. I have been doing this since 1992 I think but I know it’s been quilt some times and you have never forgotten us. At one point I happen to be in Dorchester visiting and I received a call saying your on your way to Cambridge to deliver my mass and i asked my rep where was she and she told me that she was in Roxbury on her way to my house in Cambridge and I saved her a trip because I was in Mattapan and we met. She saved me time and gas by running home because I was already late. I appreciate your service. And a year ago my son was visiting me from California where he lives and he sleep overnight and I had no idea he was using one also. I felt he wanted to tell me something by staying over and if he hadn’t slept over that night I don’t think I would had even know. Thank godThanks again. Gloria grady

Tried the iOS 18 betas and the app just stopped working. Would startup to a white screen and go no further. Tried reinstalling after uninstalling. Still no luck. Now that iOS is fully released to the public, it’s still not working. It was working on iOS 17, but now it’s a broken app that once helped me easily order my Cpap supplies. Now I have to search for it on the internet. Very disappointing. Edit: They fixed the issue today and the app is fully functional again.

So a fair warning for those unlucky enough to have an HME that uses this garbage. There is ZERO tech support. My HME doesn’t have anyone who can provide support to help me log back into my account. This garbage app recognizes my email address because I can do a password reset without issue but there’s a disconnect and it can’t locate my email in my HME’s database. I use the app to avoid having to wait on hold for an hour and avoid nagging calls to reorder supplies. I just want to order when I need supplies, not according to your schedule. Why bother with an app if you can’t provide support yourself or through the HME? Blatant money grab collusion between Brightree (the makers of this dumpster fire) and HMEs if you ask me.
