I have been going to LaLa since before their grand opening. I stood outside in the heat before and on the day of the grand opening and it was worth it. I have since been going with my daughter, who lives here in Nashville and who I am visiting for the summer. We go a few times a week and always enjoy the sweet employees, the pretty yellow atmosphere and watching the people who are visiting 12 South. On one occasion we had a lot of drinks and while we were walking to Bar Taco, our drink carrier split apart. We went back to replace our drinks and they were so kind and gave us free replacements! I love how you can specialize your order when ordering online and it’s so easy to just check a time and your order will be ready.I plan to go to LaLa Land every time I come to Nashville!

I enjoy going to La La, but this app is literally so buggy. Not even 2 weeks ago the lala latte was missing for a week plus until someone fixed it— now not even a few weeks later your regular latte won’t let me select it? The lines get so long so it’s not really worth going in person most of the time without an order ahead. just thought I’d let yall know so you can maybe fix it quicker this time.

This new app is NOT an improvement over the previous app. More steps to order your drink and then it does not save previous orders so every time you have to go through all the steps again.The old version would update on the progress of your order, so you knew when it was ready. Now it gives you an estimated time which is almost always wrong. Twice I have placed an order & was given an estimate of 20+minutes, in both cases my drink was ready in less than 10 minutes. Luckily, I checked otherwise my drink would have been sitting for over 10 minutes. You can sign up for text/email updates, but then you are agreeing to get promos as well. So much more convenient to get the update in the app

i’ve had a problem with this app for a very long time. Since there is often a long wait in the store, I would like to order online. It almost never works with my Apple Pay, because it says there is a merchant error, even when trying different cards (apparently the way the app is structured is flagged as a scam). When I did order by manually typing in my credit card, I waited at the store for half an hour before asking about my drink, and they told me that they had no record of the drink even being ordered. It also doesn’t show the full menu sometimes. I really like the coffee at this store, but it is frustrating that the app has so many bugs.
