Since downloading the new app, I have encountered issues with GPS constantly updating while routing. Had a situation where it made me turn and drive 5 miles away, cut thru a small town and reroute back to original highway I was on? If I would have studied the address before the turn, I would have stayed on the same road ..
also the navigation isn’t updated enough to know certain Right Turns only, in the downtown area during rush hours, and not to mention where bridges are out or road construction has temporarily shut roads down in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area.
I have also encountered issues of the app freezing up and having to “retry” few times til I have to completely log off the app and access the app again. Almost as if I had no signal, but showing full bars .
Never had near the issues with the old app as I do with the newly updated app with IPhone. Hopefully these comments help ..
Worst app yet
OK if I can give this app a zero star I would please do not launch this to everybody on the 19th so first of all what’s going on is that it doesn’t stay connected to the Internet the second problem is when you scan packages it kicks the wholeOrder out that the problem is my most recent problem which is I did order I droped off I finish the order early but when I finish and calls no one sees that I’ve done or when I try to get tech-support I get a generic response talking about a fresh order ID previous which is what not what I’m talking about I’m talking about order that I did today which was not a fresh order. My pay is not showing for it it shows on my schedule but not on the schedule for the logistics on top of that the app is still saying that I’m working so I’m not able to pick up orders until after 6 which is ridiculous. So for the sake of the sanity of all drivers do not launch this app it is very aggravating and time consuming and no one wants to deal with it.
Navigation is an issue
Overall the app is fine, but the navigation has issues. In particular the maps are out of date. At least once a route, offer more than once, it will tell me to go the wrong way on a one way street or turn onto a road that’s been closed for months or even years. It’s frustrating and can be a safety issue. There’s no way to tell the app that you can’t use the road, so it will keep trying to take you that way. I have to pull over and enter the address into Waze just to get where I need to go.
Also, many routes go into rural areas where there is scattered cell coverage. The app won’t work. I am in the middle of nowhere and i can’t mark a package delivered. I try to call support, but of course I can’t because there’s no cell coverage. There should be a way for the app to have more info cached.
